AI-Enhanced Salon Management Platform with Intelligent Client Experience
The objective of this project was to replace fragmented booking tools with a fully integrated platform capable of supporting both business operations and future AI capabilities.
At its core is a production-ready backend written in Golang, responsible for scheduling, authentication, customer management, payments, messaging, and administrative operations.
Salon staff manage services, categories, appointment availability, customer profiles, galleries, and bookings through a custom-built administrative portal designed specifically for the business workflow.
To improve collaboration between stylists and clients, customers can upload inspiration photos before appointments, allowing professionals to review ideas and prepare in advance.
The platform leverages Claude AI running on AWS infrastructure to process high-resolution images and support future intelligent features while maintaining performance and security.
An integrated payment system and React/Next.js frontend complete the experience without placing business logic in the client application.
The problem
