Mainix ("we", "us", "our") operates mainix.com. This policy describes what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to mainix.com only.

We only collect information you submit directly to us through forms on this site. We do not collect information passively.

Contact form, first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, industry, country, and the content of your message, plus an optional marketing-consent choice.

Careers application form, full name, email address, optional phone number, the position you are applying for, an optional LinkedIn or portfolio URL, an optional short message, and your resume (PDF, DOC, or DOCX).

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your job application, or provide the services you request. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate this site. They act as processors on our behalf:

• Vercel, hosts the website. Incoming HTTPS traffic passes through Vercel’s infrastructure.
• Resend, delivers form submissions from the site to our inbox, including resume attachments for job applications.
• Namecheap Private Email, hosts the mainix.com mailbox that receives form submissions.

Each provider has its own privacy practices documented on their respective websites.

We do not use cookies. mainix.com does not run analytics, tracking pixels, third-party tags, session recording, or fingerprinting. Your browser does not need to accept any cookies to use this site.

• Business inquiries, retained as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of the conversation.
• Job applications, we retain submitted resumes and application details for up to 12 months after a hiring decision, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you accept an offer, your data becomes part of our employment records.

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of the personal information you’ve submitted by emailing contact@mainix.com. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), or similar regional regulations.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including HTTPS in transit and encryption-at-rest provided by our infrastructure partners. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Mainix’s services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
