AI-Powered Booking Platform for a Modern Beauty Studio

As the business continues to grow, managing appointments and customer communication through disconnected tools can become increasingly inefficient. The goal of this project is to build a centralized platform that simplifies day-to-day operations while providing a premium experience for both staff and clients.

The foundation of the project is a Golang backend designed for reliability, maintainability, and future expansion. The platform includes secure APIs for service management, customer accounts, appointment workflows, and business operations.

A custom administrative dashboard is being built to help staff manage services, pricing, categories, appointment availability, customer communication, and business settings from one place. The platform is also being designed to support future Square integration for appointments and payment workflows.

To prepare the system for AI-powered features, the architecture includes Claude infrastructure on AWS, allowing future automation around customer requests, internal workflows, and intelligent assistant features without depending on generic third-party automation tools.

A modern React and Next.js website provides customers with a fast, polished interface while keeping core business logic inside the backend platform. The project is currently in progress, with a large part of the backend, API structure, admin functionality, and frontend experience already implemented.

A production-ready Golang platform now centralizes services, pricing, bookings, and client conversations in one admin dashboard, integrated directly with Square for payments and scheduling, and pre-wired with Claude AI infrastructure for future intelligent features.

Mainix started building a custom platform for Your Nails Room, including backend APIs, an admin panel, service management, customer accounts, and an online booking foundation. The project is currently in progress, with core architecture and major functionality already implemented.
